Verne grew out several cactuses from his 2006 import of Karel Knize (KK) cactus seed.
Verne was characteristically displeased with Knize, the seeds, just about everything really, but some really nice plants resulted. Many appear to fit under the wide umbrella of what has been called santaensis.
