Bought this as one of my first plants (not sure why this one either). It is not an incredibly fast grower, but this might be because of the soil I am using. I went heavy on rock and less soil for the bridgesii (SS02), which I will probably change this year. What it is, is probably one of the most gorgeous plants. The spines are yellow with some black.
