peru sp. puquiensis BBG#?

I bought this plant from a Berkeley Botanical Garden plant sale but they did not include their accession number. They have two plants they label as T. peru sp. puquiensis so this plant is either:

• BBG 60.1133 aka Hutchison 1267, or
• BBG 60.1135 aka Hutchison 1256A
