peru sp. puquiensis BBG#? JS206

I bought this plant from a BBG plant sale but they did not include their accession number. They have two plants they label as T. peru sp. puquiensis - I’m not sure which of the two this is. 

Collected by Paul C. Hutchison in Peru in 1960.
