from ...of the jungle, a devoted family team of plant lovers and researchers dedicated to preservation and propagation. Formerly based in Sebastopol, CA but no longer in operation, they were one of the best early sources for exotic botanicals.

While they offered a number of different cactus varieties, this particular one was named after them and is now referred to as …otj

sometimes described as an intermediate species between pach/perus and bridges

OTJ.... A Piece of History

Firstly, excellent mid cut and shipping, as usual, from our friend at Cactus Affinity.

I got this cut because of it's history. I didn't know OTJ, but they sound like real aficionados and experts. If this cut took their name, then I look forward to seeing how it grows out and what it is.
