Blue Dragon - framed metal art

From Cali's Metal Art in Hamilton City, California. Twenty minutes away from the Cactus Affinity nursery, be sure to check out their full inventory when you are in the area.

Jorge was born in a small village in Jalisco, Mexico, maybe 50 homes. His father wanted a better life for him and encouraged him to move to the city. Jorge moved to Guadalajara where his uncle was successfully making metal art. For a few months Jorge helped clean and organize the shop without much interest in making the art himself, but after creating his first animal Jorge was addicted! He began making more animals and quickly started to design his own creations.

Many of the pieces offered by Cali's Metal Art are still made by Jorge's uncle, cousins, and their families in Guadalajara while some of the larger pieces are made in Hamilton City, California.
